HK Rotaract Club - Black Dog Presentation

The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Rotaract Club will be hosting a presenter from the Black Dog institute to present on Breaking down depression and building resilience.

When: Thursday 5th December, 7:30pm for a 7:45pm start. Presentation will finish at 8:30pm
Where: Hornsby PCYC
Cost: Free 

Who: Everyone is welcome and we’d love to encourage members of the public and our community to come along and learn about what they can do to help friends and family doing it tough.
