What are the people/things we take for granted in our Club? What makes the Club tick on a regular basis that we overlook?
Here is an opportunity to learn about them.
Do you know Chaneg Torres? Chaneg is the person who sends out the weekly club invitations. I hear you say, “I know that”. But what you may not know or perhaps do not remember, is that Chaneg joined the club over three years ago, in October 2020, shortly after the start of Covid. Simon Clegg and I went to his home and inducted him there.
Chaneg not only sends out the weekly meeting invitation, but comes to club evening functions and has volunteered for the Fair, ANZAC Day and the Special Olympics Fun Run. Apart from his working life, he has married in the last couple of years.
Thank you Chaneg, for your contribution to Rotary, without which the club could not operate as efficiently.
