A wonderful perspective--Abhi Poudel
Posted by Ian Cameron
The meeting this week was treated to an inspiring perspective from Abhi Poudel - a new Wahroonga member in the last 12 months.
Abhi's connection with his home country--Nepal, and his family devotion makes us all proud to have him as a member.
He says of his experience with Wahroonga Rotary:
"A Nepalese born, a British Citizen, soon I may be an Australian;
But there's no bigger pride I feel, to call myself a Rotarian"
Thank you Rotary Club of Wahroonga. It was an honour to be able to present about my life and my birth country Nepal in front of such great Rotarians. I always feel very proud to wear Nepalese traditional dress so this presentation was equally special to me too"

And a member wrote:
"There is a nice bloke from Nepal
Who thinks his life is a ball
He gave a great talk
Whilst walking the walk
So we think he's not bad at all"

Here Anne Prescott thanks Abhi.
